What happens to my document after I upload it?

It's analysed and then automatically deleted — usually within minutes, and never later than 1 hour as a safety backstop. We keep only the extracted explanation (not the original photo/PDF), so you can come back to your result and ask one follow-up question. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

What languages can my document be in?

The document itself should be in Polish — that's the whole point, we explain Polish official letters and documents in plain English. The explanation you get back is always in English.

What types of documents can I upload?

Any official Polish letter or document you don't understand — decisions and letters from the voivodeship office, ZUS, the tax office (Urząd Skarbowy), NFZ, a rental agreement, an employment document, and similar. If it's written in Polish and you're not sure what it means, it's a good fit.

Can I upload more than one page?

Yes — you can add up to 5 photos (for a multi-page document) or a single PDF. We check that all the pages belong to the same document before you pay.

Almost immediately — the analysis normally takes well under a minute once your document is uploaded and paid for.
